Our Devotionals
All our devotionals were contributed by our readers on a voluntary basis. We are a community of Bible-believing, Christ-centred, Spirit-filled Christians. We published new material daily for almost 29 years from May 25, 1996, to March 31, 2025. Our archives are condensed for early duplicates, and begin on September 1, 1996. The Home page shows excerpts with links to devotionals published on that day of all available preceding years, arranged in random order. When it's a special day like Palm Sunday, the website shows all the Palm Sunday devotionals. Set a bookmark or add a PresbyCan icon to your smartphone home screen to make it easier to visit the website. Here is how to do it.

PrayerLine
This is the place for the Internet community to share their personal prayer requests. On the PrayerLine page you can post your own request (anonymously if you wish) or read and pray about PrayerLine requests. There is an opportunity to let the people who posted the requests know that you prayed for them, and you can even add a personal message if you wish. To post a PrayerLine request or send an encouraging message, you must be registered, but that is a simple process. Find out how to register.

Home Screen IconAlthough PresbyCan doesn't have a mobile app for accessing our content, you can still have a PresbyCan icon on your smartphone home screen. Creating an icon on your home screen lets you use it as a one-tap portal to the PresbyCan website, instead of having to open a browser and then selecting a bookmark or typing in "presbycan.ca". PresbyCan has a dynamic mobile-friendly layout, so accessing it from your home screen becomes an app-like experience. Here's how to do it.

Devotionals published between March 25, 2006 and March 31, 2025 were accompanied by a recorded podcast. If a podcast is available, the audio control appears at the top of the devotional.

  • To find devotionals appropriate for specific times of the year, use Search by Month and Year. This is especially helpful to find our 780 Christmas devotionals all through December every year.
